Bowl of cereal, COFFEE, shared carmel-cashew popcorn, 3 chicken toquitos, diet pepsi
(ok..ok..ok..I snuck a sugar cookie after dinner....so SUE me...heh)
The Day:
Yeah....it's been a LONG time since I've written in this thing..YEAH you are disappointed in me...I'm sorry. So much goin on from day to day.
Today went to the Mall of America...bought HG 2 pairs of pants...got a shirt and some trouser socks for myself. HG asked that I wear more dresses around him...wanted me to try on a sundress...which I did...which I bought also. I guess I've always been somewhat of a tomboy...sweats and jeans suit me just fine...well there's nothing wrong with a change...
Ugh. Tomorrow is Monday. Don't get me wrong...I like my job...I love taking care of my babies...but the pay stinks...I need to look around for a nursing job. HG doesn't work again tomorrow...which I sometimes get jealous about (wishing *I* was only part time). Not that I don't want to work...but there's so many things I would like to do, that I just don't have the energy for when I get home from a long day (cook more, bake, housework). I can't seem to "do it all". I don't know how "modern" women do it...maintain a home AND work full-time. Maybe I'm just a perfectionist...and want to do EVERYTHING well. Welcome to reality, Lynn.
I'm doing better with my walking...I sure hope my cholesterol level (211) will reflect this...the next time I get tested. I want to be healthy...stay healthy...for as long as possible. Life has so much to offer..I don't want to miss anything...
My cam hasn't been on in awhile...the port is being taken by my mp3 player thingie. I need to get one of those A-B boxes.
Ya know...there's so much I leave out of these journals....I guess I'm hesitant to tell the world EVERYTHING about my life. So...I came up with an idea...those who want a more detailed journal can sign up and I will have it sent to them personally (ooooooooooooooh look at them all line up...NOT...LOL). Just testing this...we'll see how it works out.
We got a chameleon (spelling???) for the boys for a pet...it's kinda cool. I like watching it hunt down baby crickets to eat. I'm sick, huh?
I need to go to Cub to get yogurt for lunch...until later....
